It’s very rare to find an honest mechanic who is very knowledgeable at far more reasonable prices than most places out there.
Can’t recommend this place enough! Quick turnaround and high quality service. The manager Jasson is a great man of very high integrity. He and his staff take the time to be thorough and informative. Auto repair can be unavoidably expensive (wherever you go) but with J and J Mechanic shop, the customer has a better understanding of what they are actually paying for and can leave with peace of mind knowing a concise, proactive approach was taken to the the repair. 5/5!
I cannot stress enough how amazing my experience was here! I had my car stall out and break down in the middle of my work week. I called Jason at J&J early the next morning to get approval to have the tow truck take my car there. I was unable to accompany my car or meet Jason in person. I was extremely nervous because all I could go off of were online reviews. I had previously been lied to multiple times by other companies and was tired of not being able to trust people with my car. Jason was so kind, respectful, and awesome to work with. He checked the issues I described and didn’t give me a list of unrelated things to fix. He quickly emailed me an itemized list of each part and service fee so there were no hidden costs, and helped me figure out an online payment option since I still had no ride to come in. He was super busy and yet worked extra hard to get my car to me before noon the next day! Then when I told him I was struggling to find a ride to pick up my car, he offered to come pick me up himself. When he showed me the car, I was shocked! He went out of his way to clean up the sun fading on my headlights, power wash and clean everything under my hood, and checked multiple other things for free just to make sure I would be ok...and all of this free of charge. I had never met him previously and had never been to this place and was shocked to tears how amazing the customer service went above and beyond for a new client who is a complete stranger! It is rare these days to find someone who enjoys his job, does it well, treats you with respect, and treats you like family. I will be coming here from now on. As a woman, I felt safe, cared for, and respected. Honestly can not recommend this place enough!!!
