Quality of work is terrible. Held the car for two days and still didn’t fix the issue. They have you pay for things you don’t really need then try to get you to pay for the real issue after you already shelled out a ton of cash for unnecessary work. What’s more surprising is we were referred to them by the military vehicle processing center. Very immoral and unethical.
For the past 3 years I have always taken my Cadillac to Key Auto Repair for service and it has always been great service. My truck is always fixed correctly the first time and the price is always good compared to dealers and other repair shops. I will always take my truck to Key Auto Repair for for service. I strongly recommend this place. The owner Mo always does a thorough check of my vehicle before it leaves the shop.
I recently moved to the area and was finally able to try out my new "neighborhood" mechanic. Everything was great until I reviewed my bill with Angel. Apparently they charge $55 to pull a code, even if you have them fix the problem. Strange policy, I thought. Not going back.
RUN!!!! They are SCAMMERS!! I went to this establishment because my car was making a loud noise underneath when I drove over 40 mph. I figured it was something severe so I told them they may have to do a diagnostic. Come to find out it was just a panel that fell and needed to be attached (maybe a few screws). I waited over a hr just to be told this and they charged me $97.00 for 15 minutes LABOR ONLY!! No actual parts were required (screws) This is higher than the BMW DEALERSHIP. Then he had the nerve to run my plates as if my BMW was stolen!! If your are looking for true repair shop this is not it ...DO NOT GO HERE!!! Trust ME!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK!! The 5 star reviews on here have to be FAKE!
