Pedro is a good, honest man and a very trustworthy mechanic. He’s been in business for nearly 25 years so he knows what he’s talking about. He’s not afraid of hard work and will do everything he can to make sure your car is running smooth again, and if he can’t do it, then he will give you great advice on a place that can. Definitely recommend Orlando Car Clinic if you’re tired of looking for a place to trust with your vehicle.
We recently moved to the area and thank goodness my sissy connected me with Pedro & Lillian because my car is now out of warranty and all manner of things need attention. I am truly impressed with Pedro's passion for his work. I digest a lot of info and love details so I appreciate the details he shares about the issues with the vehicle and what he will do to make it go away LOL. He has serviced my car twice already and both times I felt confident in the value I got. After a local Orlando dealer investigated the shimmying I felt in the car every time I drive it and told me "we can't replicate", I took it to Pedro, he felt it and took care of a shimmying with a fluid flush. Then unexpectedly my AC went out and he fit me in the same day I called and got it working in 24 hours while he continued to troubleshoot for a longterm fix. Thank goodness I didn't have to drive around long without air. He has called to check on the status of both issues. THAT is service!! Much gratitude!
Went in for an estimate, the wife helped me out tremendously. Called back in the afternoon just to go over once more what the cost would be to service my vehicle since I was going to be doing around $700 worth of work to it and Pedro was not helpful at all. I explained that I really wanted to get it serviced with him but he told me to go to the dealership since they would be cheaper, then he just hung up on me before I could finish talking. Not cool man.
I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! Lilian is extremely nice, and Pedro is a tried and true mechanic, I trust no other mechanic shop with my car. They have the best prices in town, and phenomenal service. If you have a car made by: Lexus Toyota Honda Nissan,, ..and whatever other brands they have listed on their website, I would tell you to come here. My car drives like a dream because of Pedro's expertise. Also unlike other mechanics Pedro wants you to know what's going on with your car, so he will actually explain to you the issue with your car and tell you how you can fix it. (this is HUGE for me, I love to learn about my car as much as possible) 5/5 will be coming back
