I brought a dining room set from this location. I was told the dinning chair seats were made of leather. The chairs started peeling within one week. The back of the chairs are made with cloth material that is fraying and not well stitched. The manager told me the furniture is final sale. No returns. This furniture is garbage. I will never buy from this store again.
I made 2 purchases in the Altamonte store. Rick assisted me on both purchases. He was awesome to work with. No pressure sales, just the way it should be. The furniture was delivered and during the delivery my stairs were badly damaged. Obviously it wasn’t intentional. I reached out to the store, they requested that I send photos and they would forward it to the General Manager Steve. Today makes 2 weeks, no response from the GM and my drywall/stairs are down to the metal stud. Interesting how I spend over 2 thousand dollars and everything was fine, now I cannot even get a response. Again, Rick was great but the follow up or lack thereof has been extremely disappointing. I do not plan to ever purchase from Gallery again.
They just delivered my furniture and it’s absolutely beautiful this is by far the best furniture store in Orlando I highly recommend and Steve the owner is absolutely wonderful. He will help you out and very good prices High quality European furniture . My house for sure looks amazing with this furniture from Gallery furniture
