We worked with Daniel and Tim and they were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable on product and design. They made sure we were getting what we wanted and even. gave us a discount. We came in just before closing and they stayed late to complete our paperwork. They were very customer service oriented. The products were superior to other furniture stores we looked at. So happy I decided to visit La-Z-Boy! Luis was super helpful. He listened and asked questions and was able to suggest the perfect sofa and loveseat. I also purchased two chairs which I customized with the fabric of my choice. Quality of the brand alone is a great reason to shop here but the outstanding customer service I received from Luis really made the experience.
Knowing we wanted a great quality recliner we started and ended our search at La-Z-Boy in Orlando at the Orange Blossom Trail store. When we entered the store we were greeted by Thomas Charlton. Thomas walked us through how the recliner was constructed as well as the features of the different styles. There was no high pressure, just patience as we tried several different chairs. I hope you know what an asset Thomas is to your company, and your customers. We purchased two recliners and we will look to La-Z-Boy first for our future needs.
First off Tim is the best! We were greeted with a welcoming smile and were treated like we were VIP all the way. Tim worked with us from the beginning to the end (few hours later) to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for and was smile from ear to ear the whole time. Also Daniel (Manager) gave us a great price on the furniture with no pressure at all. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences ever, and Tim thanks for making my Mom feel like the queen she is!
