I was a little reluctant at first since I didn’t know this company. I had seen the piece of furniture I wanted (a Trisha Yearwood Buffet) in a local store. I went back twice to talk to the sales rep about it. The customer service was not good and I chose to leave empty handed. They didn’t even call me for a few days. ????But I really wanted this specific one so… I was looking at the buffet online and “Massiano’s” popped up. I’d never heard of them and they were not local so of course I was skeptical. I chatted online a bit with Alan and after reading reviews, I decided to go ahead and order the buffet! I must say I was so pleased from beginning to end! Everyone was so nice and the customer service we received was outstanding!! Very prompt! Summer kept in constant contact with me via emails and texts … not once did I have to ask “where is it?” I was informed all the way up to the delivery! I received the buffet within 6 weeks. Even the delivery team was great!! Very polite! Such a pleasant and surprising experience. ???? Thank you Massiano for a great, stress-free experience!
Ordered a couch here for the first time in December and at first I was a little skeptical because it did take a while to arrive and arrived later than when it said it would when I ordered it but when it did arrive at their facility it was delivered to my house within 5 days and it was a fast, easy and friendly set up. Definitely would consider ordering from here again!
They delays in manufacturing are horrific due to covid. With that said, Massiano has no control over this. We shopped the local furniture stores, found what we liked and negotiated the best deal with Massiano saving over $2K. We did this over the phone, and via email, never visiting their store in Orlando. Massiano sales and support were very patient with us. The delivery personnel were fantastic and spot on.
If you plan to order something that’s not in stock on hand and is back ordered, I kindly so Urge you do not buy ANYTHING from this company, as they do not value your customer service after they get their payment. I ordered a sofa from this company on 10/22/20 and it was forecasted to arrive 2 weeks before Christmas. That’s roughly 2 Months or 8-weeks let’s say. On 11/16/20(3-weeks & 4 days later) I got an email saying my order has been shipped to their local delivery team and that can take up To 2 weeks. Initially, I was happy, filled with joy and under the wrong impressing thinking The sofa would arrive on time before Christmas. On 11/30/20 I got an email saying that they were pleased to Inform me that my sofa has arrived at their local delivery team. This process could take 3 - 10 business days so in my head I gave it 2-weeks eta to arrive. On 12/1/20 11:45am, I received an email reminder on my order#. Stating “ Your delivery schedule is right around the corner”, and provided me the delivery team info and tracking number. - at 12:02pm I called the delivery team using the new provided info, to check on sofa and schedule delivery date. They told me they had no yet received the item yet in North Carolina!!I asked was the Sofa sent directly from Manufacturer to the delivery team? Or, was the sofa Sent from their Florida location to North Carolina. -3pm They responded back saying they will Update me when they hear something . On 12/14/20 9:37am I emailed them checking on the status of everything and was told - at 12pm I got another bogus genaric response. “Good day! Your order is already prioritized to be shipped. We will send you further details once the delivery date is confirmed”. Fast Forward 2/22/21 . I have still not received My Sofa. Can you guys believe they sent my sofa to a delivery team that did not cater to deliver in my area, unbelievable. Then to make matters wrong with took another 2 weeks before my sofa will exchange hands again. I hope you guys get a head ache after reading this . Because it will well be worth it so you guys don’t have to deal with a bigger headache listening to all the excuses they give you about your order. Their customer service was the worst
We just bought a beautiful console from them for a very reasonable price. The design is great and even better, it should be here in about 2 weeks instead of the standard 6-8. They have a lot of cool, unique pieces and are worth checking out. A great shopping experience. If you are looking for quality modern furniture, go to this store!
