She gave us various options, found matching pieces, and accommodated our schedules. She is very knowledgeable. She provided me with her personal cell phone and answered calls on her days off. I went to Euro Living and they were so accommodating. I needed dining chairs that were not Available and the Store Manager Valerie Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with because not only did she give me another Dining Chairs but made everything possible for me. Thank you Valerie
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE... I bought a dining table there and a few days later received a call letting me know that the table was not available and they do not had an ETA either. I came back to the store to get my money back but I was told that they do not make any refund only store credit. Even that there were no more tables that I like, and that the issue was not my mistake or fault they make me choose something else that I did not want or otherwise lose the money. On that time the manager was rude disrespectful with me forcing me to pick something. Finally I choose a couple of coffee table and left the store very disappointed. The following week I received a call from the store advising me again that the dining table was not available, that call worries me, so I went back to the store but the manager did not remember anything at all, she forgot to make the note and again was rude and impolite implying that I already took the coffee tables, thing that never happened, I was furious about it... still unresolved.
