I wish I had read the reviews before buying from here. My husband and I bought a couch from them and they promised Saturday delivery and that the driver would call us prior to delivery. We hadn't heard anything by 3pm so we called Josilyn, the salesperson, and she hung up on my husband 3 times. She kept telling him that she was just the salesperson and that she didn't know anything about delivery and she couldn't (wouldn't) help us. I called her back and she told me that someone would call us that day. No one ever called. They were closed on Sunday so you couldn't reach anyone. Monday afternoon rolls around without a call. I called them back and Josilyn acted like she had never heard of me. After rehashing everything she said she would get someone to call me. Finally, Elizabeth calls and would not address my concerns and said that I should be happy that my sofa would be delivered that day (this was after I explained no one was home and their invoice states that they are not responsible for anything left at the house if no one was there to receive it.) I asked for the delivery fee back and she said that she couldn't do that because Josilyn did us a favor and didn't charge us tax and that we paid cash. I told her that I had a copy of the invoice clearly showing tax as well as a copy of the receipt where I paid with a card. She said that she didn't have any of my information in front of her because the driver had it. She said she would call me back Tuesday morning before noon to discuss when the driver brought the invoices back. I ended up having to call her after noon. She denied my request for a refund of the delivery fee because we got our stuff and we should be happy. Elizabeth claimed to be a Partner of the business when I asked to speak to her boss. I asked to speak to the other partner and she said that she would have him call me. So many lies. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Prices are good but these people are not serious and very irresponsible. I'd rather pay a little bit more somewhere else and get a good service. Do not buy here. This is what happened,we were missing the night stand with the bedroom set and after calling and calling and asking for more than 3 weeks, I picked up the night stand at the store. Turns out to be that the night stand was broken. My love was out of town when I opened the box of the night stand so I couldn’t return it right away because of my schedule. They said we had to call within 72 hours and they said they were not going to try to help us because of the bad review I wrote about 2 weeks ago and I just made this update. These people are very unprofessional and insensitive. Do not waste your time and money.
They are scammers that’s all I have to say they did not deliver my stuff plus they’re playing games while trying to get my refund for 4 months. Do not come to this place
I’m not one to ever leave reviews but I ordered from here a few months ago and everything went great however this time the staff was very inresponsible, was told my items will be delivered 4 days after I finish paying but that didnt happen, called a million times and no answer and when I finally got a hold of the owner I was told my items will be delivered that day before 6 pm but that never happened , missed work waiting all day and nothing, got a text around 7 pm saying to call but then no answer which was extremely frustrating !Went to the store that Saturday and staff there acted like they didnt know what I was talking about, in fact a lady name lisa even told me she didnt understand why the owner told me my items were going to be delivered that Friday or the past few days because they werent even in the store, another lady name stephanie gave me her personal number to call on Monday to get another better dinning table delivered with my delivery refund and then Monday comes no answer, and Tuesday she texts back saying she doesnt work there, that the owner is a “ crooke “.. Got in contact with him that same day being told my things will be in my apt by Friday which again, didnt happen!!!!! Never ordering from this place again, I rather pay more money for responsible stores than play this childish waiting game with this one, called my bank that same night and got my refund back so they can screw themselves.. Owner never even called Friday or Saturday to apologize for not delivering or to explain why it wouldnt be getting to me that night either, the communication from this place sucks!
