Long story short... My husband and I were about to spend over $40,000 in cash on furniture for a home we are purchasing in Florida. First I was led to believe by my sales associate, (whom happened to be the sales manager of the store), that all their furniture automatically comes with a 5 year replacement warranty. I was thinking, "That's great!". Well it was until there was an additional $2,000 tacked to the last line of my invoice which reads: HRP-5YR-RPLC-PLAN (5 YR PROTECTION PLAN). I asked if there was some incentive the General Manager might offer - such as 10% off my next order - or a credit of some sort towards some home accents. She explained that David, her GM was off but that Erik, whom is even over David, said there was nothing he could offer me. What!? I've spend far less at other furniture stores - Ashley and City Furniture and I've been offered throw pillows or a vase as a bonus or even free set up and delivery. After prayer and thought I decided to cancel my order. Guess what happened? David called me back and spoke to Erik (after I said to cancel my order)... and I was offered a $500 gift card for future purchases. Had that have been offered when the sales manager asked in the first place, I would have gladly accepted that with much appreciation; however, at this point in time, NO THANKS! Happy to take my business where I am appreciated - or at least I'm made feel I am.
It is a such a pleasure to be working with Tatiana and Rob. They have taken the stress out of furniture shopping and make it an enjoyable experience. Their knowledge and talent are a gift. Highly recommend this team!
Denise G. is absolutely amazing. She is very customer service focused and cares very much about each customer she helps. She listens to what the customer needs and offers several options to choose from. I would encourage anyone that is looking for some new furniture to go visit Hudson’s Furniture on OBT (next to Kane’s) and be sure to ask for Denise, you’ll definitely be glad you did!!
Having visited several furniture stores in one day, I had no expectations that I would find an affordable dinette set that would meet my budget and also my style, but Tatiana of Hudson's South Orlando was able to satisfy both! I even ordered a long needed desk also. I would highly recommend stopping by and sharing your furniture needs so the experienced design staff can assist with not only what is in the store, but also what is available to order.
