We had a great experience recently at Kane's in Orlando, the OBT location. We went into the store looking for new living room furniture. We were greeted by a very friendly associate, Claudia and she gave us very helpful information to help us choose the sectional we were looking for. We had quite a few items on our wish list and she was more than happy to listen, answer our questions and find the perfect match. Laura, another friendly associate was also more than happy to answer our many questions and helped us to find a beautiful matching rug and small dining table. We were more than pleased with our experience and will not hesitate to return to this location for any of our further furniture needs! We appreciate Claudia and Lara's knowledge, patience and kindness, truly 5 star customer service!!

The seller Alexis Andujar obtained an easy sale, I knew exactly what I wanted, I just went to pay it to the store, this Mr. never followed up on my order, in fact there was a delay in one of the orders, a chair was defective and I have to wait 15 days But to enjoy my product and to top it off when I call the store to find out the status, they are not friendly either, it is not worth buying with sellers, it is better online, the total difference is that you have to pay a commission to someone who does not deserve it. I give 2 stars because I love my furniture they are beautiful, I rest stars for the poor service experience and the lack of empathy from some of the store's customer service representatives. Our salesman Joey Gonzalez, sleep Specialist, was very helpful. He made sure we were satisfied. He met us at the door, but he didn't hover over us as we walked through the store. This was very much appreciated. Later he found us to see if we were interested in anything we had seen. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product we were interested in.
I’m a long time customer with Kane’s furniture. This is my 3rd order, the table has been on back order for over 2 months, which I understand and more than patient. I have tried calling the OBT store over 15 times to check on my order and I’m on hold for over 30 minutes and the message repeats itself and NO ONE picks up the phone! I just want to check on my order I have been waiting for?!
