False advertising! Quote from the website : "gourmet BIRTHDAY CAKES AND BIRTHDAY CUPCAKES too! Always in stock and ready for purchase, your dog’s greatest birthday celebration is just a trip away at The Purple Pooch Bakery Boutique Groomer." Apparently they are not ALWAYS in stock because my husband walked in to buy a cupcake for my dog's birthday & no one is in there. No one came out to greet him. I call & was told they don't have any cakes or cupcakes until next week. Well maybe they shouldn't advertise on their website that they are ALWAYS in stock!
My fur baby is 15 years old and super anxious. The ladies worked with me to get him scheduled first thing in the morning to avoid the stress of other dogs barking and also for less wait time. I dropped him off with them at 917am and by 1024 I got the call that he was done. The groomer, Manuela (I believe her name was) came out to meet me and tell me how he did. I liked the personal touch and my little pup wasn't as scared as he normally is after a grooming. I appreciated the extra attention and will be sure to go back! THank you!
I have been taking my dog there for years and Jessica always trimmed her and she looked great. This last time I went in they said Jessica was gone and I had to have someone else. They did a very poor job on my dog . Cut off her poodle top notch. Will not go back. Very upset
