My girlfriend and I were there on Saturday July 3rd and this spot is amazing. Clean, large variety of adorable puppies and everyone is so kind. The girl who helped us Jenny was very busy as was the store but she gave us her full attention and professional knowledge about the puppies and our questions. This would be our first puppy. We we're looking for a French bulldog but they did not have one however they expected some in on the following wednesday. They also had a special order option. We are definitely coming back and very much recommend. Impressive customer service.
I’ll start off by saying the staff is super nice and the puppies are really cute. We found a puppy we were interested in adopting and asked 3 different times about the price of the puppy. They just kept saying that I have to fill out and application then they can scan the chip and get the price of the puppy. I find it odd they don’t know any prices of any of the puppies and after waiting for probably 40 minutes. They just kept asking me how everything was going while we were playing with the puppy. Even though I told them I want to fill the application to find out the price 3 separate times. It’s very odd never heard of a having to fill out a application and give all my personal information and having to scan a chip before knowing the price of the dog. So I ended up leaving cause they wouldn’t tell me a price.
MJ was amazing!!! Made sure I got the perfect puppy, supplies and price! She even took the time to teach me how to crate train. Very satisfied with this experience.
