Best staff ever. So helpful and friendly. Great selection of everything. Even if things I didn’t know I needed!!
This was my first time in this Pet Supermarket and I will not be returning to this location. While I was greeted when I walked in the door, I noticed both associates at the registers were on their phones. Then we looked around for a bit, were interested in the conure, but unfortunately no one asked us if we needed help or wanted to see him. When I turned around to see who was around to ask, I saw all three of the associates on their phones, huddled around the registers; and one of the associates who had a skeleton mask on continually gave us dirty looks and seemed to be talking about us to her manager. I also saw several customers have to go up to the register and “interrupt” their group huddle to ask for help. I was very disappointed in the severe lack of customer service. I know this is not the case with all of their stores as I have shopped at several other locations and received excellent customer service.
