So we are here for my grandson's baseball tournament from San Francisco California and at the end of long day you need to grab a bite to eat and relax, our hostess Monique was fabulous from right when walked in ,she is so kind, caring, friendly. Helped us with our menu selection a phenomenal worker all around. I give her a 5 star all the way! Food was delicious and great menu selection. Waitress was great and manager was very nice as well.

1st time and had a great experience. Chelsea was a fantastic server and she helped me understand what makes IWC different. She was pleasant and maybe even a little funny at times! The wings were awesome and I am glad we tried them today!!

I love island wing company and this place used to be good but it’s gone down hill and fast. Last time we went the patio was closed? On a weekend afternoon and it was so nice out. The waitress who was also the bartender and took a long time for the entire service(lunch took over an hour and the place was dead) didn’t know why. Said the owner and that’s all we got. Today i called to place takeout. A girl answered and i told her i would like to order to go and she verbatim said “uh hold on let me get someone to help you.” So the person answering doesn’t do to go? Then she comes back and says they actually aren’t open until 4 and can i call back... what?! It was 3:15 and they open at 11? And she didn’t even know they weren’t open until she asked someone? And when i asked why because it says online they’re open and I’ve been there recently and saw nothing about an hours change- she replied with “honestly i have no idea.” How do you stay in business like this?! Completely ridiculous

The place was deserted when we first arrived, but the staff were very friendly & helpful. We tried eating inside but it was freezing so we went outside. (The curse of Florida:inside too cold, outside too hot. Thought they'd at least turn the fans on outside.) Our waitress came fairly quickly after we decided where we wanted to sit. After ordering we waited 45+ minutes for our food to come. All 3 of us got some version of their burgers. I had the mini millions: basically 2 sliders on Hawaiian rolls. Both burgers were WAAAYYY overcooked, but I didn't have another 45 minutes to waste for a new order. (The meat was already dead, I don't know why they had to try to cook it to death again!) Look, I know they're short handed, and maybe we caught the cook on an off day, but for those prices the quality of the food & the way it's prepared SHOULD have been better. I can't explain waiting over 45 minutes for 2 sliders though... honestly I can't.
