I have used Anthony Carpenter for three inspections. He is very professional, he is punctual and he provides the highest level of quality and value that I have seen in this type of service. He provided me a 97 page report in my last prospect purchase from Kevin Maltese. His report was unbiased and honest. He brought to my attention certain issues in the property that made me reconsider the purchase. Unfortunately due to his honest assessment Mr. Maltese lost the sale. It is unfair to give him low reviews when you have not contracted him. I did, and I will do so in the future.

When i first reached out he was quick to respond, and scheduling our appointment could not have been easier. Carpenter Home Inspections LLC does online invoicing which was very convenient as well. My husband and I are considering the purchase of a historic home built in 1920, and Anthony knew precisely what to look and test for! His work has really helped us determine whether or not purchasing this home makes sense for us. The report we received from him came promptly and was full of so much detail which was exactly what we were looking for. We had a few follow up questions as well after reviewing our report, and he was quick to respond to them (less than 10 minutes!).
