This bartender needs lessons on manners and customer service. Ignored my drink requests, ignored my food requests, all while waiting 30 minutes at the bar before I even got anything. It was so bad another bartender had to step in and comp me for the drinks (why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 star). Get it together!
We visited on JW Marriott on 12/30/2020. At 4:40pm I tried to order food with a server at the pool and he told me they were no longer serving food and I would just have to go get a table at Quench. I walked over to Quench and got a table and a server came over to tell me that they already did last call for food. Why would they close so early?!
Service is hit or miss but they’re typically very busy so have some grace for them. They’re running around trying to keep up with everything going on at the bar and all the customers scattered around the pool. Food is FANTASTIC. Get the loaded chips.
Came here for a work function. Food was okay. Beer was good. 18% gratuity included even if I get just 1 beer? Do yourselves a favor, go to the nearest liquor store, get what you want, and sneak it to the pool. This place is overpriced. It comes to $14 for 1 beer. Where am I? U.S.Bank Stadium?
