One of my top theaters...too bad they don't have a rewards program. Customer service is sideways great and they NEVER question me about my ESA dog. That's a huge plus. It's very appreciated. The food is always fresh and the drinks are bombastic! The bathroom was very clean, but I wish they had paper towels as well as the dryer. The theater itself (#6) didn't have daybeds but the seats did recline. Awesome theater.
UPDATE: made a review 3 years ago, and my stance is the same. This theater is not joking when it comes to safety protocols. Masks on, temperatures are checked in various checkpoints, and the movie rooms/bathrooms are often cleaned. I feel pretty safe coming here. Thank you Touchstar for doing your best! ORIGINAL: Wow, this place is totally different than before! I remember visiting this place 2 years ago, but it was a dump. Now, it has improved significantly: better seats, renewed bathrooms, and better service overall. This theater surpassed the Loop because the tickets are way cheaper, and recliner seats are only $1 extra! In addition, you can CHOOSE your seat to reserve it. The only thing is that this theater doesn't use Fandango :\
Such a great little theatre! It's always very clean and they have the friendliest staff! Great variety of concessions and drinks and comfortable seating. We love coming here.
