There were also difficult personalities involved when we made an offer on one home, but Dwayne expertly navigated the situation and kept everyone focused on the task at hand. We are now happily in our new home- which Dwayne negotiated for $30k UNDER asking price!!- and I am so grateful we chose Dwayne to lead us through this process.

After a viewing Dwayne would waste no time; he would get in his car pull out his laptop to work on getting our offer in immediately! Dwayne did not just want to help us buy a home he wanted to help us buy the BEST home. No matter how much I widen my radius. He was willing to drive the entire state of FL until we found ‘the one’. With this aggressive market we been looking for ‘the one’ for almost 3 months and Dwayne never strayed away from the goal of finding my dream home. How hard he worked for us never changed. He never pushed me to make impromptu decision to ‘make a deal’ or hit a quota. He was very encouraging and never expected me to settle. He was able to find my dream home without going out of budget. You could tell he was very committed and dedicated to finding us the right home. I would highly recommend Dwayne Speller and will be contacting him in the future for my real estate needs.
