ZERO stars. This rental company is horrible to work with. Two days after moving out and terminating my lease, the rental company took rent out of $1500 while I was in the process of moving into a new place. I was able to call and get this taken care of quickly. But then it happened again on 5/1, the rental company AGAIN charged 1500 to my account AFTER my lease had been terminated. When trying to call and get this rectified, the first associate hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke to another associate, and the call "dropped". I called back several times following that, only to get a busy tone. Finally I called back around 3:15 and they answered the phone. I was passed around multiple times because they would not return my funds. Eventually someone got on the line and said my bank would have to stop the transaction, which was not the case the first time this happened. I would never work with this company again and do not recommend them.

Maria Vega is one in a million. She is a realtor that you want on your side, because she is willing to go the extra mile for you. There aren’t many people out there that treat your interests with as much care as yourself, but Maria is one of those few. She had extraordinary service and went way above and beyond what I was expecting. Even from the beginning of looking for houses, all the way to closing, she was willing to work with me in every circumstance and answer every single question I had, even if they were repeated questions. Ok so im a mother of 5 and have 3 month old twins. Im just getting off maturity leave and my realtor was Mr. Brian he was very understanding of my situation. Seeing how this was my first rental i was nervous and also know i had a slim chance at a house i need for my children and I. But he made the experience easy to go through and also to understand. The apartment immin now is to small to accommodate my large family and was told to move in 30 days. Seeing as how i thought i would have more time i was worried and stressed. But 2 weeks later we gotten approved for a single house with more then enough room and a large uard for my kids. After i got off the phone with Brian saying i been approved and that he understands my plight, I could do anything but cry. I highly recommend this company. They will try to work with you and they treat you like a person and not a number.
Deborah helped us find our first home and to say she is amazing is an understatement! We told her what we were looking for and in no time we had several options lined up and tours scheduled. The communication was very consistent, and she was always 10 steps ahead ready to make the next move! She walked us through the entire process, kept us informed and was very professional.
