Finally closed on a property after a 30 day delay. I've closed on more than 20 properties in the past 15 years and dealing with My Florida Real Estate Group was by far the most frustrating, painful and unprofessional experience ever. A good one word description would be "incompetence". We had 4 or 5 extensions to the closing date and each time there was a new excuse as to why we could not close. Not until I informed them that I would terminate the transaction, did they move. My advise to any and all potential buyers and sellers, take your business to another organization.
