Located next to the Goodwill E-COMMERCE building, I was excited to check this location out. That excitement turned to disappointment when I remembered what the "Outlets" are. Basically it's where your donations go to die. Clothing they don't think will sell or doesn't sell gets sent here. Where you get to dumpster dive in bin after bin trying to find something you want. And for an added bonus all the genders, ages, and sizes are mixed together. In addition I hope you have a little extra time on your hands, because shoppers were forced to wait inside a yellow taped bankers line box on the floor. Great prices... maybe? Good time... Absolutely NOT!
Complete free for all. There are no rules and there is no control over this place. The Haitian women there are wild and ruthless. There needs to be some sort of security there enforcing rules. The employees are very nice but corporate needs to do something about this location. There are people blocking the bins, emptying their cart into the bins and not letting you sift through them saying it’s theirs. If you’re reading this and wanting to go for the first time, here’s my advice: bring gloves and a mask and prepare for people to get physical with you over these bins. They will push you to get into them.
This goodwill outlet location was better than I expected. They were organized and civilized. I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices. $1.39 per pound for clothing at the time of this writing. I did not see any shoes while I was there, but I think they have some sometimes.
