So, I really adore the Target experience. The ability to get a coffee at Starbucks and get everything I need at one spot but lately they haven't had much stock in terms of toddler clothes. Otherwise, friendly staff and love the store.
I had awesome service by Emily. I asked her multiple times for information that she cheerfully supplied. Then she stopped what she was doing to come assist me. Then she offered to check the back-stock without me having to ask her. She perceived that I was in some pain so she found a stool for me to sit on while she went to find the item I was requesting. I would love to poach her for my company.
This is response to target the email you sent is no good to respond . To mak a long story short , I came into store for eye exam and glasses, bought two pairs, one of which is sunglasses well can’t use them everything is blurry, tech told me wrong prescription so ordered new sun still no good , store said sorry can’t do anything, paid 200.0” for sunglasses total 398.00 . Tech said he could change to single lens but I wouldn’t see car gauges. Do I am stuck with glasses that I can’t use.
It's a target super center. Pretty standard target but a bit better. They have new interiors with some nice wooding flooring on the grocery and wine areas. It's feels more modern and very clean. People are young, energetic and kind. Pretty good target store.
Diana the cashier super rude. I walked into target today to pick up an online order of pampers and wipes. I went in I did a little shopping as 98 percent would do if entered in a target for any reason. I approach the register and is assisting someone in a friendly manner without a negative tone she finished said how are you I said I’m great I still had items left in my cart(items that were paid for and picked up via target app/ guest svc She asked two separate orders I said no ma’am this is done As I pushed the cart through she says okay I get my cartwheel together for her to scan she refuses to scan and asks me again if I want the stuff in my cart I reply ma’am you asked me twice and I told you this was done she raised her tone in a disgusting manner as if she’s the authority and said no no no I didn’t hear you! You did not say anything! So which one is it you didn’t hear or I didn’t say it. I said ma’am I’m not stealing diapers and you asked me twice now I understand the miscommunication but if I said it twice and she didn’t hear she shouldn’t asks me 5-10 times more! target has security and can check surveillance for any theft what upset me was her tone she is wrong and strong she may be someone’s mother but she isn’t mine. She needs to be retrained this may be her retirement job but she is definitely not the best part of target to de escalate I removed myself being unable to get my 20 percent off my socks for my son I purchased and unable to scan my cartwheel thanks for the wonderful experience #dirtydiana #hunterscreek
