Today I was in the cricket store over at hunters Creek located in Town center Blvd and am just impressed with the customer service of that employees name ALEJANDRO RODRIJUEZ! HE IS JUST AWESOME!!! He was helping above best of his ability to help me with my phone issues. Employees like that need to be recognized and something special needs to be done for this kind of employees. He went above and beyond to help me! He smiled The Whole time I asked him all kinds of questions about my phone. GOOD JOB ALEJANDRO!???????? ???????? Be like you and and one day I’m sure you’ll be recognized by someone!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP!????

I went into cricket after moving back to hunters creek Orlando needing a phone bad and Alan and Alejandro took care of me. They were so amazing and very nice
I live between Hunters Creek and whisper lakes and I prefer the Hunters Creek store because the staff there is very nice very awesome very helpful they'll take their time to explain everything to you and show you the purpose of the phone you're a great manager over there too I will be coming in soon cuz I need to upgrade my phone
