This is a must do restaurant if you're in the Orlando area! Food is amazing, the prices are reasonable and service is top notch. I was in town to visit Disney & made sure this was one of my destinations. The seafood salad is incredible like everything else. Yes, I purchased two plates for myself !
Great food but I will NEVER come back. I understand in the start of the pandemic why you’d require for people to wear masks. But now that it has come out that masks don’t help stop the spread and is no longer a requirement in Florida you should change your policy like EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT in Florida. Also if you’re going to “require” people to wear a mask you should provide it to those who don’t have one for free. Because even though I disagree with your policy of mask requirements I was willing to wear one because I’ve gone to this restaurant for about 15 years now. But the fact that I had to pay $2 for a mask that YOU say I have to wear is ridiculous. I’ll just take my business to Melao Bakery.
Wow! This place was.so much more than expected. We wanted a simple Dominican breakfast. The coffee was just right! The tres golpes was well worth the 20 min drive from the hotel. If you are in the Orlando area and in need of Caribbean cuisine, you must stop here. To top it off, the servers are all charisma and the location feels homey is spotless!!! Excellent find!
If you are looking for a fresh Dominican food spot, THIS IS NOT IT!!!! I wanted plantains paired with eggs and cheese until I saw the eggs were precooked and looked like they were sitting there for a while. I asked for a fresh egg and they said they could not make me one. My sisters mangu was orange looking. I just feel like at least the eggs should be fresh or at least accommodate the paying customers. ALSO, the two older ladies had an unwelcoming attitude which just made the whole visit 2 stars. I hope this helps and change occurs. A nice appearing establishment needs to match with its customer service.
